I've been building a car with Daddy. This is how I built it. First, Daddy sawed a piece of wood, then he sanded it. And then I painted it with purple paint! And then I cut a straw and put the wheels on. And then I put an axle in the straw and put the wheels on the axle and put little tiny caps on the wheels. And then we put a little block of wood on with hot glue. Daddy said I could paint it. I said I wanted to paint it orange!
I'm going to put the motor on and glue it right on the block of wood before it is painted. And then we are going to put wires in it, and then it will be done. Then we can drive it in the sun. Haha! I rhymed! Done sun!

Caroline, I remember when Uncle Matt had to build a car like that when your daddy was his teacher. It sounds like you had more fun than he did!
